About Karola

I'm Karola Noack, and for over 30 years I've been building structure where there was chaos.
 

Today, I work with post-funded B2B companies - typically between seed and Series A - who've proven their product but are hitting the limits of improvised leadership and systems.
 

I don't coach. I don't consult in the traditional sense. I bring clarity to operating structure, decision logic, and system architecture so companies can scale without breaking.
 

My work isn't about adding more processes. It's about making the invisible visible - so founders can lead with confidence, teams can act with autonomy, and capital actually creates value.

I started my first company at 24 - growing multiple businesses from nothing to multi-million revenue. At 49, I sold my shares and started fresh at Lake Constance.

Today, I work internationally, bringing three decades of hands-on experience building, scaling, and exiting companies into every engagement.
