About Karola
For over 30 years, I have been building structure where growth creates complexity.
I started my first company at 24 and grew businesses from zero to multi-million revenue. I experienced the pressure of scaling from the inside - hiring too fast, making decisions under uncertainty, and carrying responsibility at every stage.
